Roger de Ste Croix, Associate Consultant
Roger is a qualified Social Worker. He holds an MSc in Public Policy and a BA in Social Studies. He has extensive experience in Social Care Services both as a practitioner and in senior management. As Quality Assurance Manager for Hertfordshire Social Services Department he helped achieve the ISO 9000 award in a varied range of settings.
Roger is well known in the quality management field has and is currently Chair of the British Quality Foundation (BQF) Local Authorities Group. He is also a Registered Auditor with IRCA.
